Client Services Associate

Growing financial advisory practice seeks a highly organized and motivated individual with a high level of professionalism to provide administrative and operational support. Individual must be detail- and serviced-oriented. This position requires the ability to learn quickly and function efficiently.

The primary role of the Client Service Associate is to provide support and execute on daily tasks and responsibilities in multiple aspects of the business. The associate will work alongside the Lead Advisor and Associate Advisor to help execute all aspects of the client experience from client engagement to client onboarding and client service. No sales or new client acquisition results will be required.

Day to day responsibilities include, but not be limited to:

  • Cultivate relationships with clients (both existing and prospective)
  • Resolve client issues, concerns and requests
  • Receive client inquiries and determine appropriate course of action
  • Support marketing initiatives and assist with the planning and execution of client events
  • Provide general administrative duties to include:
    • Run reports
    • Prepare and send correspondence
    • Prepare forms & obtain signatures
    • Maintain updated client files and database
    • Keep track of client life events and changes
    • Assist in the execution of client recommendations
    • Track workflows and assist in bringing them to completion
    • Create and assemble materials for prospect and client meetings

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy both in written and verbal form
  • Customer service orientation, with demonstrated ability to professionally interact with clients, both on the phone and face-to-face
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing priorities/time restrictions

This position is available for either part-time or full-time employment. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are required in office days. Monday and Wednesday can be remote or in the office. Finding the right individual who is a good fit for the role and for our team eclipses the number of hours a week they can work.

Compensation:

  • Full time pay range: $47,500 - $56,800; subject to discussion based on experiences, skill sets, and hours worked.
  • Annual bonus based on predetermined metrics
  • 3% non-elective employer contribution to 401(k) plus discretionary profit sharing
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance for full time position
  • Annual professional development budget: Lead advisor will co-curate your development plan and the firm will sponsor your training and participation in courses, conferences, and other opportunities that are appropriate for your role and development.
  • 10 days of paid vacation (increases with tenure)
