Financial Advisor

Let us help you take your business to the next level! We are actively seeking a Financial Advisor to join our growing team. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Be focused on scaling up their business
  • Be willing to adopt and learn new technology
  • Lead with financial planning
  • “Get it” when it comes to the importance of workflows and is detail-orientated
  • Be a CFP ®, a CFP ® candidate or an interest in obtaining the designation
  • Be willing to train in our Burlington, MA office
  • Compensation structure negotiable: W-2 or 1099; subject to discussion based on experience, skill sets, designation, etc.
  • For full-time W-2 employees, benefits include:
    • 3% non-elective employer contribution to 401(k) plus discretionary profit sharing
    • Blue Cross Blue Shield Health & Dental insurance
    • Annual professional development budget: Lead advisor will co-curate your development plan and the firm will sponsor your training and participation in courses, conferences, and other opportunities that are appropriate for your role and development.
    • 10 days of paid vacation (increases with tenure)
    • 12 paid holidays
    • Paid sick leave
