Client Services Associate

Growing financial advisory practice seeks an energetic and organized individual with a high level of professionalism to become a part of our team in our Burlington, MA office. The candidate will provide administrative and operations support for the Lead Advisor. The ideal candidate will be pleasant, detail oriented, motivated, and able to work independently, as well as part of the team. This position requires the ability to learn quickly and function efficiently. The ideal candidate will be committed to high quality customer service and self-motivated.

The primary role of the Client Service Associate is to provide support and execution on daily tasks and responsibilities in multiple aspects of the business. The associate will work alongside the Lead Advisor to help execute all aspect of the client experience from client engagement to client boarding and client service. No sales or new client acquisition results will be required.

Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Provides general administrative duties (run reports, maintain files, prepare and send correspondence, etc.)
  • Perform data entry and prepare and ensure new business paperwork processes successfully (prepare forms, obtain signatures, etc.)
  • Create and assemble materials for client meetings (prepare agendas, reports, analyses and investment performance tracking)
  • Assist in the execution of client recommendations
  • Support marketing initiatives and client appreciation events
  • Manage workflow and prioritize projects
  • Connect with clients to deepen relationships and promote the success of our clients

 Requirements important to the role:

  • Be able to handle a diverse task list and workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with standard business software applications which includes, but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Outgoing, optimistic, and engaging personality
  • Work effectively both individually and as a team
  • High energy and strong desire to continuously learn
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and personal commitment to quality

This position is available for either part time or full-time employment. For us, finding the right individual who is a good fit for the role and with our team trumps the number of hours a week they can work. Compensation is $25/hour for part-time or up to $50,000 for full-time – subject to discussion based on experiences, skill sets, and hours worked.
